Founded in 2017 and authorised by Cameroon's Ministry of Higher Education (MINESUP), the Higher Institute for Professionalism and Excellence (HIPTEX) exists to bring quality higher education to the doorstep of every Cameroonian, African and global learner — and to help close the gap between opportunity and access.
